Broccoli souffle
400 gr pureed broccoli
6 egg whites
1 yolk
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp cream of tartar
Little fresh nutmeg

Apple strudel
Made some apple strudel this afternoon, very easy.
Mix apple, cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar and dress this on puff pastry, Put a other sheet of puff pastry on top and brush with egg, then bake in the oven on 175 C for 30 minutes.
